Delete your OMVI Health account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open OMVI Health and go to Me › Privacy and legal › Delete my account.
2. Confirm. You'll be asked to sign in again (password or Sign in with Apple) to prove it's you.

Your account is deleted straight away, and you'll get an email to confirm it.

Without the app

Email app@omvihealth.com from the email address on your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject. We'll confirm it's you, then delete the account and email you when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account, profile and family members you added.
• Weigh-ins, body composition, food log, goals, recipes, coach chats and photos.
• Share links you created.

Everything is removed from our live systems within 30 days, and from backups within a further 35 days. We keep a short record that an account was deleted (a scrambled ID and the date, no health information) for 2 years, so we can show we handled the request.

OMVI Premium

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it first: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › OMVI Health.
